To use Jetdocs, including the web portal, Jetdocs must first be installed to a Slack or Microsoft Teams environment to set up the bot notifications and user roster. This guide is an overview on how to set up for organizations using Slack.

1. Add Jetdocs as an app to your Slack team from the Slack app browser
2. The user roster inside Jetdocs will be filled with users from the Slack environment
3. You can log into the Jetdocs web portal at https://teams.jetdocs.io to start using the product.

Users referenced inside Jetdocs workflows will receive app notifications via the installed Slack app, with quick actions to approve or view a ticket contained in the notification.
