Jetdocs is a Workflow and Ticket system that seamlessly routes and tracks multi-step approval workflows for organizations, using powerful form building tools to create digital PDF-like forms. This page is only a high level summary, and more detailed documentation can be found in the left hand menu.

Submitting Tickets

Ticket submission is done through pre-configured forms called Templates, which can be customized with various input and data type options, visual layout controls, and conditionally visible sections, as well as many other dynamic features.

Once submitted, the ticket is automatically routed to the first step in the pre-defined Workflow (configured on the Template level), which sends a bot message to the User or User Group responsible for handling the first step.

Tracking Tickets

Ticket tracking is done in the Ticket Hub, which is the central inbox for managing ongoing and completed tickets. The Ticket Hub provides powerful customization options to display the most relevant data and tickets for given use cases.
