Ticket submission is done through the Catalog tab in the main Jetdocs UI. To get started with submitting a ticket, you can select a Template to pull up the form used for ticket submission. Templates are configured in the Catalog Builder tab (See Managing Templates documentation to learn more).
Templates can be selected in multiple ways: Clicking the templates in the UI, using the “Search” function in the top left, or Create Ticket in the top left to find the correct template to use

You can click on ”Machine Failure and Repair” to pull up the corresponding ticket form to fill out
Selecting a Template will pull up the form on the right side of the UI to fill out. Once the required fields are filled out, you can click Submit Ticket at the bottom, and the ticket will be routed to the correct users for resolution.
